This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Anytime Server Support (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our services, you (“customer,” “user,” or “client”) agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to engage in, promote, or support any activity that:

Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Infringes upon intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of others
Involves illegal distribution or use of copyrighted software, media, or data
Transmits or distributes viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to networks, servers, or data
Launches denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or network probing

2. Email and Communication Use

You must not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or mass email campaigns without proper opt-in consent.
Misuse of our email systems for phishing, spoofing, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to monitor email usage patterns to enforce compliance with anti-spam regulations.

3. Security and Resource Usage

Users must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure or systems.
You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or probe the vulnerability of our networks.
Excessive use of system resources that degrades performance for other customers may be limited or restricted.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted, transmitted, or received through your account. This includes websites, data, applications, and files stored on servers managed by us.

We are not liable for any customer-generated content that violates this policy or the rights of others.

5. Compliance with Service Agreements

This AUP must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA). Violations of this policy may also constitute a breach of those agreements.

6. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including service suspension or termination.
In serious cases, we may notify law enforcement or cooperate with legal investigations.
Customers will be notified when possible and given an opportunity to respond or remedy the issue.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
