Terms and Conditions for Subscription to Anytime Server Support

By subscribing to the server management services offered by Anytime Server Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client,” “user,” or “subscriber”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

We provide server management, monitoring, security, and support services based on the subscription plan selected.
Services may include (but are not limited to): server configuration, performance optimization, patch management, and issue resolution.
Any custom work outside the subscribed plan may be billed separately upon mutual agreement.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as chosen during signup.
Payment is due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices may be subject to change with prior notice of at least 14 days.

3. Support Response Time

Support coverage is 24/7 unless otherwise specified in your plan.
Response time commitments will depend on your selected plan and severity of the issue.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate server access credentials and any necessary documentation to facilitate service delivery.
You are responsible for maintaining the legality and integrity of the data hosted on your server.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., hosting provider issues, third-party outages).

6. Data Privacy

All access credentials and data shared with us are kept confidential.
We follow strict security practices and never share your information with third parties unless required by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from server failures, cyberattacks, or misconfiguration, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
